Hey There!  I’m Rhonda E Scott, a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Shaffer Realty, LLC.

I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2008.  I work with sellers and buyers in the Hampton Roads community who are looking for an experienced and passionate agent who can educate and help them through the buying and selling process 

My love of real estate began in high school which led me to earn a bachelor’s degree in real estate and urban land development from Virginia Commonwealth University.

My real estate background is in both the private and public sectors and includes affordable housing development, property management, commercial sales and acquisition, and finance.  I’ve handled over $65+ Million in residential and commercial real estate sales,  managed $1.5 Million in leasing revenue.

The best praise I’ve ever received from a client was that they were amazed at how well I communicated next steps and the process to them.  They loved my calm and welcoming demeanor and stated that they were appreciative of the support I provided during their home buying process.   Helping my clients to overcome their anxiousness when buying or selling their home makes me very proud and drives everything I do!

When I’m not helping people buy or sell their home, I can be found playing hostess to my close circle of family and friends (I love to entertain!); trying out new restaurants and hangout spots (Wine lover and Foodie!); or checking out home décor sites and furniture/thrift stores (Closet DIYer and wannabe interior decorator).
